Speakers now have a fuzzy static sound. :/

So my Neo19 is now making a static ish sound through the speakers. It had been sitting about a year and change untouched and hadn't sounded like this before.

The 4 slot doesn't sound like this in another cab, so I know it's the cabinet.

Anyone have any ideas?
