Terraonion Super HD System 3 Pro not loading arcade card CD-ROM games

The CD-ROM² is an add-on attachment for the PC Engine that was released in Japan in 1988 and allows the core versions of the console to play PC Engine games in CD-ROM format in addition to standard HuCards. This made the PC Engine the first video game console to use CD-ROMs as a storage media.

Terraonion Super HD System 3 Pro not loading arcade card CD-ROM games

I got my Super HD System 3 Pro last week and it glitches out and crashes when trying to load any arcade card game except for Art of Fighting. I successfully loaded all the games in mednafen with the same bios file, so it's definitely the device and not the files. Is anyone else experiencing this? There's nothing on their support page about it.
