Stock games not working with genesis plus gx & hakchi

Ok so hakchi ce 3.9.2 is what i am using and it is suppose to have a feature where i can change the emulator for the stock games. I am using genesis extreme gx core (genesis plus gx) and change from the m2engage to the genesis gx but when i plug the system back up to my tv and try to load any of the stock games they don't load it just takes me back to the main game select screen, what am i doing wrong?
