I need tips for compiling ps classic

Good to the whole community, I require your total, help, I'm a novice in this so I would like to ask for your knowledge While I want to try to compile a game, I know perfectly well that it requires having a toolchain (I'm currently using the autobleem toolchain to practice) But to begin with how can I compile? What tools do I need specifically? Will you be able to use the linux terminal to be able to do it? Sorry for those silly questions. Any help is welcome
