Snes/ genesis pall question

I have two games, alien soldier for genesis, and firemen for snes, that are Europe roms and play at 50 fps. Alien soldier doesnt load up unless it's on pal region and firemen runs at 50 on snes. I ran firemen through the flips app to apply ntsc hack, but the game still runs at 5p. And the app doesnt even recognize alien soldier. Can anyone help me with getting these roms to play at 60?
