Help with no longer working controllers

Hello everyone, i installed project eris on my PSC and i managed to play a few games. Last time i played was like 10 hours ago before i decided i needed a break. Now when i powered the PSC on, i noticed the controllers no longer working. I want to add that i did not modify any files between those 2 sessions. Is anyone else in the same situation as me? Is there any fix for this? If i connect the PSC without the stick it says "can't recognize controller on port 1". Thank you anticipated!
