Trap Gunner: Countdown to Oblivion

[Released: 1994] Sony entered into an agreement with Nintendo to develop a CD-ROM attachment, for the Super Nintendo. Due to contractual problems it was never released, and instead, a modified version was introduced by Sony called the PlayStation.

I've noticed there are different variations of the box art. The only difference is the text between the purple-haired woman and the Atlus logo. On one box it says "Action packed one-on-one combat", while on another box it says "Trap Gunner combines real-time strategy, fighting, and an overhead shooter into one game - PSM Magazine." I'd like to know which came first or which came last?
