So far, my 3DS hasn’t been giving me much issues until I decided to begin playing Pokémon Platinum again after a year of not using it, but this is when the problems started to rise. I readjusted the battery in the system and the problems have persisted. Is there a simple fix to this, or would I have to contact Nintendo support altogether?
UPDATE: I’ve found that every time I apply pressure to the bottom right corner of the 3DS’s bottom half (just below the select button,) the system immediately shuts down.
